Here you will find information on how to use your childcare vouchers to pay for Omega Camps and Kayak Club meets. 

To book as a returner please email us your preferred dates and child's name, we will then confirm availability and create your class for kids booking.

To book for a new child you will need to create a class for kids account and email us for availability.

Once you receive booking confirmation move the correct funds into our account, this should be on the same day. Do not transfer vouchers before you receive confirmation, bookings are subject to availability and childcare vouchers are non refundable.

When transferring payments use your child's name as the payment reference (where possible) and send us an email including the payment reference, voucher provider name and date of transfer to allow us to accurately verify payments and update your Class for Kids account. Omega reserve the right to cancel unpaid bookings without notice, however we will attempt to contact you before doing this.
