We believe that communication is key, that's why we've compiled our most frequently asked questions so that you can find your answer as easily as possible below.

How to book an Omega Adventure:

Activity day camp: Visit the Book now page to complete your booking through your class 4 kids account.

Bespoke event: Email the team with your event date, group numbers and which activities you are interested in.

How do I book an Adventure?To book your child's place at Camp or on our Kayak club, please go to the booking page and create a class 4 kids account To book any other Adventure with us, please email us at; info@omegaoutdooradventure.co.uk

What ages are Omega activities for?School & youth groups recommended age from 5+ Holiday Camp age range 7-15 years Kayak club age range 7-15 years Birthday party recommended age from 7+ Hen/stag do activities including wine or gin packages available for ages 18+ Private Pub n Paddle trips reccommended age from 10+ (under 18's must be accompanied by a responsible adult) Kayak hire ages from 8+ (under 18's must be accompanied by a responsible adult)

Where do Omega Adventures take place?Camp days and events such as birthday parties run at our ofsted registered base; Buzzards Valley, Tamworth, B78 3EQ Activities such as kayaking trips are offsite on local waterways, details of meeting places for these are sent by email with the booking confirmation Schools, groups and corporates can book private events at their own venue or ours

Can I use childcare vouchers for Omega activities?Yes! Please check out the childcare vouchers page for full details of how to and our T&C's of use.

What time is Camp?Drop off for Camp is 9:30-10:00 Pick up is 16:15-16:45 Camp activities run from 10-16:00 during the school holidays

Can my child be with their friends at Camp?We split the groups by age: 7-9, 10-12 & 13-15 yrs as much as possible depending on bookings. If you drop us an email with the names of the children who'd like to be together, we will do our best to accommodate this, but please don't promise the children, they will have just as much fun making new friends. If the children that would like to be be together are very different ages eg; 7 & 15 years old, we do not advise them staying in the same group as sessions are delivered to suit age and ability.

Where can I find the kit list for activities?You can find the downloadable kit list for Camp & the Kayak club on our bookings page. Kit lists for birthday parties and private bookings will be sent by email with the booking confirmation.

Does my child need to bring lunch to Camp?Yes, as part of the kit list they should bring a packed lunch, snacks and a reuasble water bottle with them each day.

Where can I find the timetable for Camp?The Camp timetable on the website is an example, you can find the Camp specific timetable on the facebook event page the week before Camp or on the chalk board at drop-off.
