We get it - it's hard to organise a group to meet up & it can take a lot of planning to set up journeys, we're here to make it easier. Friday socials & Sunday trips are a great way to enjoy time outdoors with like-minded folks and explore our local waterways.

Friday evening social club
Friday Social Paddle meets take place on & off the lake at Midlands Open water. An ideal way to get together with other paddlers, enjoy time outdoors & upkeep your skills.

Fridays - 18:00-19:30 - April-October
​
We theme our social meets to align with the seasons, this could mean a cuppa around the campfire at sunset, lake based games that might involve a swim or festive fancy dress on the water.

Per meet as often as you like

Pay as you go Friday evening social paddling meets allow you to join us around your own schedule.
Our pay as you go price is for paddlers bringing their own kit, if you need to hire a boat or BA you can add this on to your booking.

Buoyancy aids are a must wear whilst paddling, if you don't have your own you can hire one from us.
Don't have your own boat or board? Find it difficult to transport? Fancy trying a new craft? You can hire one of ours.

Sign up to save on Friday evening social paddling meets each month.
​A normal month has 3 Friday meets from April to October, this can differ due to bank holidays and school holidays.
Kit hire not included.
Sunday Social trips
Sunday Social trips take us off-site onto the local canals & rivers, a great way to enjoy our local waterways with a guaranteed paddling buddy.

Prerequisites
To join a trip you should already be able to paddle and self rescue whether you've attended lessons with us or someone else, we advise having completed a beginners and next steps lesson. We may also advise having attended the Paddle Safer course (3rd lesson) for some more advanced trips.

We use Pebble for all of our social club & trip bookings, here you can pay for single sessions or month blocks and add on any kit hire you need.
